Goes like this - The larger the gap the better spark produced. Meaning, if you have an capable ignition system that is able to make a spark with a larger gap the better.

There this thing called spark blow out. Many times under high boosted cars you need a smaller gap. Because, the ignition is incapable of creating a spark with a larger gap. Thus, you need to reduce the gap.

So, with a good ignition system like the one's on our CSRT4's, you can increase the gap over factory. They are a coil on plug design, very effective. gap it to .04, get better burn & increase your gas mileage.
