It's hard to say. i would never buy a previously modded vehicle myslef for a couple reasons: 1. You really have no idea what the person before you did to it and how they drove it. This can greatly affect the reliability. 2. If you mod it yourself, you know how everything works and what you need to do to keep the car reliable.
