| The trick is have the dealer do it. It should have been done at the PDI.
If you cut them and they fail later, you're responsible.
Just go into the dealer and raise a little hell politely with the service mananger.
Explain to them how PDI wasn't done correctly, i.e., if the pedals weren't mounted then maybe the strut spacers weren't taken out, or the fluids weren't all topped off.???
It will work.
