CSRT4 - can't shift into reverse, first/second are very hard

Hi,

My caliber srt only has 300 miles on it, and I have the following problems since Sunday:

1. Reverse is almost impossible to shift into when the engine is working
2. First and Second gears are very hard to shift into, Third, Fourth and up are ok-ish, but far from normal (how it used to be before).

When the engine is stalled, shifting is perfect. As soon as I start it, shifting becomes super hard again.

I haven't raced anyone and revs have never been over 4000-4500, I did mis shift once from third to fourth. I've taken the car to the dealer in the evening, the guy couldn't shift into reverse at all, and he said they'll look into it. In the morning I gave them a call, they said "everything looks fine, the clutch looks ok, the tranny looks ok too". So I get to them, try to shift it into reverse, first, second, and everything seems to be working (somewhat). So I drive it for a few minutes around the place: same problem comes back. Reverse becomes impossible, other gears are super hard again. So it has to do with the heat of the engine/clutch/tranny.

I left it at the dealer again, but they seem to not have worked with SRTs ever, and are really clueless.

Anyone ever had this problem? What would you suggest?
