| BMW has had something similar for years. It's a small gauge in the cluster below the speedo. As you accelerate, the needle moves and indicates your fuel mileage based on your speed. Don't know how accurate it is but it was always kinda cool to stomp on it and watch the needle drop down to 10 or 12mpg.
Nowadays, it's more painful than fun to watch.
