No help from either the phone company or Chrysler Customer support. The idiot on the other end of CCS tried to tell me that my phone was not supported... I tried to tell her that dodge provides connection instructions for it on their web site.... that seemed not to matter too much to her.

I love the car.... wish the electronic gadgets were working better.... my Ipod integration kit is non functional as well.... bastards wont give me an answer about that either!!!

Anyone out there with any knowledge of these problems and how to get a fix?
I have a treo 755 connects no problem. I do have a question do you have your device visable? if it is hidden this may cause some problems.
