it's hard to estimate for me, but my nsrt4 felt so much faster than my csrt4 (stock to stock), but everything I've seen seems to indicate that the csrt4 can keep up reasonably well. I think the drive by wire system of the csrt4 mutes the sensation of power, whereas the nsrt4 gave a more raw feeling of power and certainly was more responsive. Drive by wire systems are notorious for lowering the responsiveness of engines, at least on every model I've driven. The csrt4 drive by wire system isn't as bad as some that I've driven, but it still kills response to a certain degree. The nsrt4 turbo also seemed to pull harder from a lower rpm, boost hit hard at low rpms, whereas the csrt4 seems to be more oriented towards top end. The turobos on the two cars are relatively similar, so it must come down to tuning of the variable valve timing system, and perhaps a change in engine stroke.
