how do u keep the drinks cold

plug it in or turn it on, you need to be more specific

You don't-the chillzone is a sales gimmick,the drinks must be cold
when put in the chillzone and in the summer you must have the
AC running with the slide door in the chillzone open.
In the winter it will keep cold drinks colder as the outside air
is diverted before the heater core directly into the chillzone,
These are things I have checked and tested as I have owned
a Caliber for over a year.
