oh yeah...the spray on black magic works great for black plastic also (i.e. spoiler, trim, etc.). protects it from the sun too.

Out of all of the products i have ever tried, the best result has been from Zaino.. Very pricey though, The most rewarding has been Turtle Wax Ice (due to easy application and a very nice result) and then the best shine that you can buy in a store (and believe me i've tried all the storebought brands, synthetic, carnuba, everything) has been Zymol Cleaner wax.. the one thing you gotta know with zymol though is that you dont swirl it, you apply it in a back and forth motion, i found this out the hard way and my dad's hood on his black pearl 300C looked a little blemished, easily fixed with a second application once i closely read the directions.. Anyways hopefully that helped..

will Zymol give your car that "wet paint" look? that's what i've been trying to achieve. do you have to use an orbital buffer?

Yeah and it gives the wet shine very well... just watch out with this stuff vs plastics.. i remember that i armoralled my plastics first 1 time and it made it so the wax didnt stick so bad.. but it is definately worth it to me.. as far as orbitals i really dont know about zymol.. i know Mcguires NXT can be used with orbitals but it sucks to get off. Before you buy anything too expensive try your normal wax and then a spray detailer, i use Mother's Showtime spray, makes a dull wax awesome, and the pic is without spray detailer..

Meguiars NXT Tech Wax!!! This is the easiest wax to work with and doesn't leave white powder residue. Makes my black truck look like it has wet paint on it. Got a lot of comments when I finally waxed it. The only thing is that the wax is $15 a bottle, but well worth it.

Ooo!!! Now that would be super awesome! I'd definitely "fight" for that one.

I've used Black Magic on the tires, but not the other two.
That stuff (BM) is "magic".

How would you compare this to Trim Shine?
My AV BFF has several cans of that and she loves it.

I'm looking for a product that not only waxes, but fills in very tiny and superficial "scratches". Any ideas?

Ironically, anytime I have someone load/unload something from my cargo area, a mysterious little scratch appears on my gate paint. Hmmmm..... I don't know.... could we say someone needs to be a little more careful?
