Ottawa Meet this week? - Dodge Caliber SRT-4 Forums

Hey Folks,

Last week I saw a thread about another meet in Ottawa, anyone know whats happening with that. The thread said July 8th.

I thought I would start a new one just in case it died off.

I just picked up a red 08 fully loaded "cept GPS" and would love to bring it accross the river and say hey to the rest of yah.
Seems like since I got this thing im always looking for an excuse to drive.

I live near Chelsea but I dont mind meeting.

On that note I was thinking it would be cool to meet at Champlain lookout one day, could be a seriously cool photo op for the bunch of us. I wouldnt advise driving through the park too fast because there is always a cyclist around the corner but even at normal speeds the Gatineau park has some fun corners.

Anyone in this week or possibly on the week?

I'm down sometime, I cruise through there random weekends with my girl

I'm down for meeting up wednesday, I don't really care where/when, I'm relatively central, so I'm easy

I dont have much flash gear anymore but im still rocking a Nikon D2x and used to be half decent at shooting cars so im sure I could put something together.

We can chat about it wed night. I live near the park so any time your going out and want some company to shoot the shit lemme know.

Haha, wish I read this thread first, because that's exactly where I was thinking, the Champlain Lookout, LOL... That place is soooooooo nice... I remember when I first got my Cali I was doing 155 through there, LMAO... Dumb I know but it was one hell of a scary ride,

... I'm glad to hear that we got ourselves a photographer,

... All we'd need is someone who is a photoshop guru and we'd be set... Ohz, and mebbeh a videographer, haha... I'm like stoked, i'm easy on when to cruize and hook up because I loooove to drive,

... As for the video, do we gotta pay the guy to shoot it??? Or is he a good enough friend to shoot it and edit it??? I'm still stoked for tomorrow... I'll probably still go to the Tims even if it is raining,
