Charger.? Some of my friends said they should've done it for free? Is this true? Either way, $25 seems like a lot.

Mine does it if you request it for $18.00 or at an oil change for free.

I work as a service advisor at a dodge dealer. Tire rotations are $19.95. Depending on the area you live in, $25 doesn't seem really that high. What does an oil change cost?
