2003 Dodge Caravan Body Control Module Bad? Dealer charging to much?

I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan I bought 6 months ago. When we first bought it, the dealership tried to program the wrong remote for the keyless entry. After that the lights wouldn't flash anymore to lock and unlock the doors. They didn't know the answer to how to fix it. So whatever fast forward to now. Now all my turning signals are not working. They are flashing inside but none are working outside. When I took it to the garage, they couldn't find anything wrong when they hooked it up to the diagnostic machine on Thursday, they were closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the holiday. They called me this morning, and said it was the Body Control Module and that is isn't covered under my extented warrenty. They want 700.00 to fix it, for parts and labor. Someone told me it takes a few minutes to change. Does that part really cost that much? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

PCM, BCM, etc. etc. are not cheap. They're typically anywhere from $300 to $500 depending on the vehicle. That is a reasonable price if that includes labor.
