Who can I complain to if the manager of the Jeep dealer I bought my Wrangler...

...from is giving me a hard time? The top to my Jeep was stored somewhere on their lot while the car sat in their showroom. After I purchased it they put the top on and handed me the keys. A few days later I noticed it was appearently dragged and scuffed while bieng stored. So they gave me another top, but, this one has some kind of silicone repair work doneto it and the car smells like paint or silicone......WTF? Now I have to go back and demand a resolution. And you know how that can be like pulling teeth from a wolf. As it is, I had to give'em heck just to get a"new" top. What can I do to go over these bigheaded managers. They try to be so intimidating.

Not

Customer Service Will Tell You To Call Your Dealer. You Need To Contact The General Manager. The Best Way To Do This Is By Writeing A Letter. You Can Try Calling Also. However Getting Ahold Of The General Manager Or The General Sales Manager Can Always Be Impossible. Also You Should Recieve Something In The Mail From Jeep Which Is Actually A Report Card For The Dealership. Take It In To The Dealership When You Have The Meeting Set Up With The General Manager.

You could blow them up on their survey but I guarantee you won't get what you want out of them.
