a new navagation unit with dvd playback and hd for music storage should be out soon from dodge.....

http://www.ohgizmo.com/2006/07/17/ch...d-market-cars/

as for the evic. i have read on a few charger forums of charger owners adding evic aftermarket then either buying the starscan diag unit and enabling it themselves or having dealerships doing it for them.... so i'm a little hopefull. maybe after a firmware update or two for the caliber portion of the starscan

i not sure if it's available yet, or if it's a late model addition, but if you order it with it, i don't see an issue... but the price would be similar to getting the car with the rec nav unit now....

also, upon further reading, it looks as if the evic, while still a possibility (alot state no, but no one is 100% for certain except dodge engineers) may not be financially possible.... only time will tell

i can't even find the posts i read mentioning it's installibility.....wish i never cleared my cache
