I'll be attending SEMA this year. I leave on wednesday for vegas. If there are any body kits and mods for the caliber (which im sure there will be) I'll take tons of pics and post them for all of you to see.

Dude make sure you take more pics than your local walgreens can develope!!!

Not to be negative, but if there are any mods it will be for the SRT-4 i bet, maybe if you 2.4L guys are lucky they'll have some mods...im guessing body work a lot of interior rims and bags will be presented engine we'll probably just the Mopars Warm air intake header and exhaust.

I just got another email from Mike. He has some information on the hood and body kit. I will be calling him tomorrow to hear what news he has. I would have called him today but I came down with a bad cold and can't talk to well, hopefully I can tomorrow.

I wish I could go to SEMA, but unfortunately the company I work for doesn't allow vacations from October through December, since it's busiest time of year for us.

Oh and forget Walgreens, take your film to Rite Aid, Brooks, or Eckerd!

I just got another email from Mike:

Unfortunately, our car did not make it to sema. The car wasn't finished.
But the body kit and hoods are already done. The molds have been made
and I have 3 full kits on hand. I have stopped production and am waiting
for the car to come back here for another round of test fitments. As you
can see, we do not sell products unless we are confident that the end
user will not have any fitment issues. Please feel free to post this so
your members are up dated as well.

Attached are images of the kit. I want you to get a look at it first.
Please DO NOT post these pictures or send them to anyone else. These are
for YOU to see only. You may how ever, voice your opinion to your
members. Im sorry, no pictures of the hoods yet. They are already all in
boxes and packaged. But I'll get those to you soon.

As for prices, I will be offering a group buy. On the kit, as well as a
hood and kit package. More pricing information will be available
shortly.

Once again, thank you for your help and cooperation. Hopefully, being
the first site to showcase this body kit will give you a lot of
attention.

Pictures of the kit installed and painted will be provided to you. I
just don't want the general public viewing the kit until it is painted
and installed.

Take care of that cold and get well soon.

If you have any other questions. Feel free to call me tomorrow 10am-4pm
PST.

Reguards - Mike

Mike sent me 6 pictures of the body kit, which includes front and rear bumpers and side skirts. The kit was unpainted and still in shrink-wrap. The kit has very bold American stylings and in my opinion is not ricey at all. The kit looks like it will compliment the Caliber's overall appearance with its sharp corners and stylings. Personally, I would buy a kit like this.

Of course I will respect Mike's and American Car Product's wishes and not leak these photos, so please do not ask. Hopefully soon the Caliber will be completed and everyone will be able to see this kit!

Thats aaalllllll i wanted to hear....for a hood and body kit on a group buy i'ld say...$850-$1000 depending on how many people buy and the discount...it's good that they're taking their time and making sure every thing is tip top. Already showing their a well run, respectable company in my eyes. Now we just need to see that kit!!!!! Is it a wide body?
