Fog Light bulbs

Anybody know of a good alternative to SilverStars?

I'm sick of replacing mine every year...

I'm also debating trying out some yellow fog lights, as I can finally use my fog lights in fog without headlights now.

Re: Fog Light bulbs

Auto illumination, put a set in my truck of their HID loom a likes and the out put is far better than silver stars and actually look like HIDs with the 6-8k, did I mention they are half the priced shipped to my door, don't know on life span but have been using for a month! I would agree with going 2.5-3k for fogs when you have HID heads! Looks great and I really loved that look on mine!

i have hella optilux 65 watt yellow fogs (2.5k). they are very bright. i put them in january 19th and ran the fogs EVERYTIME i drove the car since then. i've put just over 10k miles on the car since then and just had a bulb burn out this week.

No. They are also my DRLs, so don't want to have to replace HID bulbs

Yeah, your car was my inspiration for the yellow fogs!

My fogs are literally used every time, as they are my DRLs. I'd rather stick to the OEM wattage.

My stock headlight bulbs were still ok when I put my retros in, but I had replaced my fog lights a couple times already.

Re: Fog Light bulbs

Been using these in my fogs and the 7500k ones in the headlights for almost 2 years now. Not a single bulb out and love not having to deal with HID issues.
