Interior LED system

Hey guys. Just finished installing a full-blown blue LED system in my interior. I have 2 15" tubes under my footwells, a 20" tube in between the rear seats, and a strobe kit in the footwells as well. All are hardwired. I'll try to get vids of the patterns and what not soon. IF you want to know where i plugged/mounted everything lemme know.

Sounds very cool. Hope to see some pictures, or if you have videos it would be a good opportunity to test out the video gallery section in the gallery.

This sounds like something okie would like, it would go nicely with his ground lights he already has (which looks pretty nice).

I am looking for a interior kit that would come with 4-6 yellow tubes. I just bought a couple of sheets of yellow/black carbon fiber to cover my bezel and gear shift surround (since they don't make a Mopar gear shifter surround for manual, and it was cheaper). I'm also looking for a yellow headlight tint kit.

yea dont have to work tonight so ill take pics and short vids tonight. Here's what I have:

(2x) Optx 15" Blue Led Tube, with 10-pattern controller and music interface.
(Front footwells)
(1x) Optx 20" Blue Led Tube, with 10-pattern controller and music interface.
(In front of rear seat)
(2x) Teal strobe light kit with on/off switch and strobe speed controls.
(Front footwells)

I'm also looking to get another 20" for the "trunk" area, and build a custom set-up that will mock the tubes, only it will be made of singles, and placed clear along the top of the dash, by the windshield.

Pics are coming tonight though!

And okie, I got my tubes at Advanced Auto Parts, and they only had blue, red, green, and white. I don't know if they make just plain yellow tubes. Check thier site, at www.optxbystreetglow.com

Pics and Vids!

alright, got the videos uploaded to the gallery, they are the only two in there so they shouldnt be hard to find.
Here are some pics and details about the build:

Above is a picture of the rear 20" tube, mounted at a 45 degree angle, which lights up the headliner. The wires are run under the seat, under the door sill panels, come up by my seat for the controller, then back into the door sill panels, up behind the carpeting in the footwell, and then hardwired into the 12v.

This is the picture of the rear light control.

\
This is the driver's side front footwell. You can see the double-stacked controllers. Those are for the right (bottom) and left (top) LED bars.

This shows the Driver's side LED bar mounted with screws into the bottom of the foot vents for the AC/Heat. The passenger side is mounted the same way. Wires from both then run into the center console and are hardwired into the 12v. The wires you see in the back are for other things. They are like that from the factory.

Above is a nice shot of the front LED's, set to pattern 2, which they make a spot on the floor and move left and right at different intervals. I also caught the strobe mid-blink somehow. Those are mounted right behind the center console panel, with the speed controller up in the footwell. The on/off switch is located near where the center console piece meets the footwell "roof."

This shows the rear 20" projecting onto the front seats. Because it is mounted at an angle, it shines brightly right above my mirror, which you can see in the videos.

Any other questions feel free to ask.

Just got my next step in taking the interior LED system further. Got "UFO" tubes off ebay for 10 bucks a piece. They are "3 million" colors and have 60 preset patterns. Still deciding where I want to put them. they are super super bright. (i actually shined one out a window and it lit up the curb two lanes over) I'll post pics and what not once I'm done with the install.

PS: Okie, these lights have a yellowish color to them. So...they could potentially be the lights you are looking for.
