thanks for telling me. i was just thinking about how i would get the moisture out. i was going to use a blow dryer. if my car sits in the sun the fog goes away, but i'm sure there is still moisture in there somewhere. heating up the entire headlamp in the oven should get it nice and dry.

Man it's hard to tell from those pics. The nSRT-4 projectors look a bit weird in the pics but look much better on the car in person... so who knows?

Okay I received my halo headlights on Friday and installed them. Here's a few things I thought everyone should know.

1. There was a warning sticker on them saying "Do Not Use HID Bulbs". I have seen these lights sold with HID upgrade kits for close to $300. I've asked a couple of the sellers if the headlights can handle the heat of HID bulbs. I never recieved a reply so I bought a set without the HID upgrade. I'm glad I did.

2. Installation is a "bear". If you aren't mechanically and electronically (12-volt auto) expirienced I would count on paying someone to install these headlights. I had to remove the entire front (bumper and grill) of my Caliber to get to the bolts that hold the headlights in. Also, they happen to be metric. The lights are not plug and play. There is one connector on each light (for the main light and high beam). The rest are open wires. So installation does require a little signal tracing and splicing which is kinda cool. If you know what you're doing you can customize what lights come on with what switches and which ones blink with the turn signal.

3. The entire install took about 3 1/2 hours, but I'm an electrical engineer. The installation instructions were a 1 page barely legible photocopy of something almost entirely irrelevant. Don't expect much help from the maker.

I do love the way they look though. I will post pics later (i need to wash my car first but we are on the 21st rainy day in a row). If anyone else is buying them and needs help with the install I can post pics of how I installed mine. I'll post them only if you REALLY need help. I didn't take pics while I was doing the install so I would have to take everything apart again.

That's all for now.
I bought the same lights and its true its not plug and play. I have a white/black set of wires and a smaller red/black set of wires. Now the harness from the truck is a red and green wire. How do I hook what wire to what? Can you email me the directions? seivuhawaii at hotmail. thank you.

Halo projector headlights

I'm new to the website, so hello all. I have an 08 R/T, inferno red. I have installed those very lights, the black ones. They are not blue as the website depicts. White. Look unbelievable and put out quite a lot of light.

Related ?....How do you "turn off/disconnect" the "daytime" running lights. Thanks.

I love the look of these lights and would love to have some halo's but, so far the verdict is, they look mean, but they fog like all the others? =/meaning crapola?

I just finished installing mine recently and they leaked with first wash. Easy fix with silicone bead around the seams.
I painted eyelids on mine and deleted the little led diamonds and upper amber light strip.

Wow that looks really good, do you have any pictures of the whole back of the car? The close up's are nice but I want to see what they look like from far.
