Did any of the Dodge Neons have duel exhaust and if they did would it fit the Dodge Caliber.

The only Dodge Neon that had dual exhaust was the SRT-4, which would not fit any Dodge Calibers. The Dodge Caliber is a totally new platform and doesn't share any similarities with the Neon.

I'll have to agree, the caliber is actually a little larger, and wider than the neon so it wouldn't work... the SRT neon which yes on basis shares the same engine (kinda), that is where the similarites stop...

My neon R/T 2003 have dual exhaust too. All R/T 01-04 did.

If all you are looking for is dual exhaust, look no further than your friendly Dodge dealer. Part #P5153564 (fwd), or # P5153690 (awd) for a cat back dual outlet performance exhaust. Installs easy, looks good (all stainless steel) and sounds sweet (especially after break in)

I'm sure there are other kits as well, but I do work at a dealer, and I have this system on my Caliber R/T as well, so I recommend it
