Torque Steer?

Hey all....been lookin' at the SRT4 and really liking what I see so far. I haven't driven one yet and was wondering how bad the torque steer is. That's the one downside I see to putting almost 300 HP down on the front tires.

Thanks!

I agree with my buddy munch on this one. this is my first high horsepower fwd car and realy the first car that i have experienced torque steer on. i can honestly say that it is not as bad as people were making it out to be? is it noticable? yes but not horrible.

On flat ground with no imperfections full throttle and not turning, it's non-existent. On a road with bumps, cracks, etc. etc., yea you feel it and it yanks.

Lets put it this way. It's as bad as a RWD car is with high HP when your coming out of a turn. If you give it to much gas it will get sideways.

With either one you have to learn how to drive it. I've felt worse torque steer from cars with less power so it's tolerable.
