Aaron or Whoosh...PLEASE HELP

I need rod bearings for my CSRT4. i am having a hard time finding them. Its the only thing holding up my motor going together. My dealer sucks and was supposed to have them in 3 weeks ago. I have no idea of where to turn. Can you please help me?---- Marty
P.S. the part # is 5047009AA

The boost comes on quick and holds firmly to redline. The cars fuel mileage has improved dramatically. I've seen 35.4 on the highway and I regularly get 26 to 27 around town. The low end torque and throttle response is amazing. I am still thinking of getting an MS1K will cure many of its minor driveability issues.

factorymoparparts.com/5047009aa.html

I see this part listed in other places but they all call it a "CAMSHAFT" bearing.
Make sure your getting the right thing.

Another one in florida.

Nobody seems to call it a rod bearing though.
Always seems to be listed as "cam bearing".

You sure you got the right # ?

Re: Aaron or Whoosh...PLEASE HELP

You Guys are right about it being a cam bearing. I miss typed what I meant on there. Sorry. As for getting it...there isn't a dealer in the entire country that has a pair of em or can tell me when they will have them. This is the only thing holding my car up from being put back together. A lousy 65 cent part has me by the short and curly's. If anybody has a cylinder head lying around with a pair of cam bearings in it that they don't want or need then please let me know. I'll pay whatever. I'm in desperation mode. --- Marty

Re: Aaron or Whoosh...PLEASE HELP

Wait a minute!
Have you tried ordering express from those 2 sites I posted? They both list having the part. At least call them and find out.

Re: Aaron or Whoosh...PLEASE HELP

I checked both sites and the factorymopar site said they had it but after a phone call, it turned out they did not. Skyparts said that there's a place in Tampa FL that has it but I have to wait till morning to call and verify that it is in stock. If it is then I will owe you one, Sunbeast for hookin me up with some good intell. I'll let you know what I turn up. ---- Marty

I just called the place in Tampa. They don't have it either. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.
