VID My CSRT4 vs. NSRT4 vs. Cobalt SS Stage 1
Here is a video that was filmed from the inside of my car, by my passenger. Directly to my left is an 05 NSRT4, his car is completely stock. Directly to the left of the Neon is a 2006 Cobalt SS. The Cobalt SS is modded with a Stage 1 kit, cold air intake, and complete 2 1/2(I think) exhaust. Keep in mind that I was the only car with a passenger and he weighs about 150lbs. The video is from a dead stop so you can get some idea of how the Caliber launches compared to a NSRT4 and a Cobalt SS. The downside to the video is I missed 4th gear and ended the race. However, I was starting to pull away from the pack at that point and it would have just gotten worse from there. This is the first manual car I have ever owned or raced so I am still getting used to shifting the car in a race. Also, I was not powershifting. Enjoy the video. If there is a problem let me know so I can try and fix it.

Great vid man. i think once people get the hang of launching these cars we will start to see better numbers for instance i did 1/4 last night and i ran a 14.7 with traction control on lol, one of the times i missed third and ended up at 15.1, i realy need to work on it. thanks for the vid post great job i'm lookin forward to some more vids from you

Nice vid bro. I took my CSRT to the track yesterday and ran a solid 13.98@100.14mph. I was happy with my times, considering the car weighs 3300+ with me in it. The car dynoed 274whp with only a K&N drop in filter in the stock airbox. I go back next weekend with my new exhaust that's on the car. I wil have a new dyno as well.

Thanks guys. Glad you like the videos. I have another one of just me and the Cobalt that I am going to post up soon. I also have another one against another NSRT4 w/ CAI. But in that video, just as soon as I started to take the lead, the Neon had to stop bc a car pulled onto the highway. So its a pretty short video. Watch for some more video's this weekend as I will be out on the streets again trying to get some good footage.
