how are you getting this replaced under warranty? piggy-backing the ecu is pretty much the optimum way to void any service warranty on vehicles, but maybe you have a primo dealer.

Well, I understand that but an actual fully cracked block is much more catastrophic than a cracked siamese cylinder wall.

Sorry to hear about your mishap but I have a question .
18-20 psi on stock PCM without going into Limp Mode?
(I do see you have a Map/Tip clamp and bigger injectors) I think you are the first I READ OF that has boosted above 15 psi and not go into limp mode on the stock PCM (without FIC)
Am I reading properly or did I miss something?

Map/Tip clamp is the key

Actually I was boosting 21-22 at point holding until my afr would fuck up aaround like 5000rpm. I just don't feel like waiting 3 months for different fuel maps when I can piggy back and get more boost for cheap. I mean don't get me wrong I'm going to get the mps1 but not until chyrsler gets there shit right maybe in august I will

sounds to me like you ran outa fuel........i don't see anywhere in your line up where you supplied fuel for that kind of boost. lower rpm is one thing but at the higher rpm you cylinders were ingesting so much oxgen you ran dry.
bigger injector size only means/states what they are capable of flowing. but that doesn't mean anything if there is nothing comanding them to squirt more in. I dont know.........you have my heart felt sympathy. i have first hand experience with this scenario so I know how you feel. heartbreaking.

"Absolutely wrong thinking guy's",,,,,,,,,,"590cc" only states what those injectors are "capable" of flowing. Wheres the re-maping of the fuel curve that tells those injectors to flow more fuel and changes the "duty cycle" of those injectors at those boost levels. I don't see any item which does that. On the "stock" ( I don't see MS1 there) computer there's a ceiling, only so much lee-way that it can accomodate a change in boost. That works only to a certain extent and then it can't keep up with the demands. How many people have mistakenly thrown a blower or NOS with a set of bigger injectors on their car without addressing the fuel maping/curve and blown up their engine,,,,,,happens all the time. In this cenario I suspect the MAP/TIP clamp went beyond the "stock" computers capability. one good hot day and you get caught with your pants down. How far can you go with a M/T clamp lieing to the computer, telling it your runnig 12 PSI when you really running 22 PSI.
In short bigger injectors don't neccessarily mean more fuel. If that were true your car would not idle or drive on moderate cruise correctly the minute you put bigger injectors in. The computer doesn't know that you did all this
sh#%t to your car. That fuel curve needs to be re-mapped somehow.
