MS1 runs pig rich. You`re always going to have this carbon buildup on the bumper.

My tip is out a little further from the bumper... when I had my exhaust re-done we messed with this to get it just right so that it doesn't spit stuff all over the back bumper. Maybe extend it out slightly and it might help.

To be honest I havent taken too many pics of my car lately but I'll try and get one up here later. I'm not using the stock tip though, I bought a 4.5" truck tip and it was about a foot long so I had some room to adjust it with a torch. The way I sent the delete with the stock tip looks like it sits just about where it did on my car. Any muffler shop can add a piece of pipe in or you can replace the tip with an aftermarket one and then have it welded on the end so that it can be set just how you want it.

Re: oil probly coming from exhaust?

your running pig rich
But to make sure pull your plugs and look at them.
That will tell you for sure if it is or not oil.

carbon build up + water at start up

WOT - there wouldn't be oil on the plugs if oil was leaking past the turbine

Not that I'm saying that is your problem, just clarifying
