Unhappy Dealing with a dealer!

I'm trying to buy an 08 SRT-4 from the dealer on the military base where im stationed. Im in Guam and they gave me a quote on a black srt4, option group II and a kicker sound system for $30,110.80. I was shocked. I want this car so damn bad, but am not willing to pay this much when i know i can get the same one for a hell of a lot cheaper back in the mainland. Does anyone out there have any experience in dealing with these guys, they work for ENCS (Exchange new car sales), or does anyone have any tips on how to get the prices down since they claim they are "pre-negotiated" with manufacturer? Any help would be awesome.

Tell them you're not paying that. I paid 21k for mine on a 24 sticker.
Are you shopping by price or by monthly payment?
Talk overall price with them and don't even get into monthly until you get a overall price nailed down.
Tell them where you want to be and ask to see the invoice on it. Since its in Guam it may be an inflated shipping cost on it.

Yea, on the quote/invoice i saw on it there was a $2500 shipping fee, another storage fee, mainland freight fee, guam hold fee. All in all, i think there was close to $5000 in extra charges. Im thinking, holy crap, i could go off base and pay just one shipping fee and get one cheaper there than i could at the dealer on base. And there supposed to be there to make it more affordable for military members to get new cars. Not overseas i suppose.
