| My CSRT4 used to do the same thing. First thing they though was the spark plugs where wrongly gapped. It happened again and they determined to be the fuel injectors. I have not had an issue with it since they replaced them. It has been over 4000 miles since then. Try that |

| Just wondering if they checked the input and output clamps at the intercooler as there were several posts by crst4 owners covering loss of boost because these were loose.

| Junior Member | Just had the exact same thing happen to me in my SRT4. There is a software update required for the car that is supposed to be done before delivery. It would seem that it does not always get done... or some cars were sold and delivered prior to the update. |

| boost issues i am new to this forum but here goes. I had the same problem with the boost. The dealer went through the same things everyone has mentioned, plugs, wires, injectors. They would replace the items , reset the computer. It would run for a day or two then the check engine would come on. The problem was a faulty computer module. A problem identified is the dodge manual does not list a different part number for an srt4 module, so if the dealer is not careful they will order and install a non-srt4 specified module in the car. Unfortunately these modules are new to market and at the time was not available "off the shelf" and they can not just swap one off another srt4 because the vehicle id is programmed into the module. Total down time was a little over a week while a new module was assembled, shipped and installed. Since then no further issues. |
