Replacement side mirror? - Dodge Caliber SRT-4 Forums

I knocked off my drivers side mirror today. Anyone know a decent place to get one and if you can replace it yourself. Its a power one(black).

Do the normal caliber mirrors the same as ours?

I would think a good place to start would be a Chrysler
dealership,you would find out if there are different part #'s
and the prices they want for the assy.
You could then check Ebay or other sites for good prices.
The mirror assys are relatively easy to replace if you have
not damaged the wiring,2 fasteners after you pop off the trim.

So, if the only thing that is messed up is the housing, do you think I can purchase that and just move the motor and glass over to the new assembly? I would like to do that if possible. I am sure this is not going to be a cheap thing.

According to the parts manual you have to buy the mirror assy
which comes with motor installed,the only thing you can buy
seperately is the mirror glass.
Here is pic from srv manual.

The 1-2-3-4 indicate 4 different mirrors for the different world markets.
