I have never posted on the forum before today. I just bought a silver 08 csrt-4. The car is brand new. I have owned it for 3 months. I just added a K&N drop in filter and I had the muffler removed at a local shop and the stock tip reinstalled straight out the back. It was alittle to raspy and loud so I had a 4 inch round resonator 18" long welded in and now it sounds awesome. Stage 1 coming next. But my question is if the computer in these cars limits torque in every gear is doing mods any good. I mean I can add all the power I want but if the computer simply limits power to a certain level then do mods even work? I just was wondering peoples thoughts on this one.
Thanks great forum!
I am going to attach a list mods with dynos to support our gains with our parts.

First is before and after inlet tube

Thread link http://www.calibersrt4.net/personal-...nlet-tube.html

Next is the before and after map/tip clamp on a S1 car with a drop in filter
(image 1 and 2)

3rd is what a tuned clamp can do with WI with a few bolt-on's

4th is what you can do with pump gas and race gas with a maxed out set up running on a big turbo. This set up my wife drives daily and runs our kids around in, its 100% daily drivable and still gets 30 MPG on the freeway.

We back up all our products with dyno verification and resuilts from members on here. Buy from those that run, test, and dyno the parts vs those that think they will work.

Thanks!
