I got my filter, dropped it in, and what a difference it made. Its much louder and the boost builds up so quick.

I think this is better than buying that intake setup. Much improvement made for $30 as opposed to $300

I would retain the factory airbox setup, it's a great cold air system from the factory, also through trial and error I found that K&N filter #RE-0930 works as well.

hey guys I ordered a K&N filter from a parts store up here in Canada, (it was before I read this thread). I told them it was for a CSRT-4 and they got me one that looks the same but the only PN# I can find on the box is E-1988. Did I get the right one? Is this one bunk? I put it in and it seems a little better, but I'm worried it is the wrong one. Anyone know?

Go to K&N and look it up. I sure the part # E1988 is right.

Well from the drive to and from work tonight it was definitely louder and seemed like faster throttle, so if E-1988 is the part# then this filter works too.

There seem to be a few K&N numbers going around. I bought my K&N thru Modern Performance and received RU-4960. Works fine.

I'm wondering if one of the p/n's is better than the rest.
