400 hp without upgrading the turbo?

i need some advice. theres lots of mods out there, but i cant afford all of them

i know what i want out of my car, i know what i cant afford to do, and i would like to know what a good plan would be to get there.

its always going to be my daily driver, so i need it to stay fairly reliable. MD emissions are also very stict, so i need a setup that is easy to return to stock every two years lol, or at least easy to get a passing score.

ideally i want a 400hp caliber. i do not want to go big turbo, ive already decided im keeping it stock (is that possible?). in addition to the mods listed below i have a needswings catless DP and o2 housing in the mail should be here any day now.

im not trying to necessarily go the cheapest route, just want the most bang for my buck.

besides horsepower im also looking to improve my suspension, but thats a different discussion

thanks guys

No, not possible without at the VERY least upgrading to the RTS2B. Which, even with that, you would be hard-pressed to make that kinda horsepower.

I think a few people have came close to 350ish. I would say anything more than that and you are lucky.

Dom and Letty have NOS to reach their desired hp goals. Whatever you do don't listen to Brian Spilner. And Johnny Tran is shady.... don't deal with him he may make you drink some 50 weight oil.

400 is relatively easy with S2B.. Shits nasty man, itll hold 22psi no problem.

25-35 HP NOS should be safe I would think. Wish there would be an PnP kit for the occassional fun.

Re: 400 hp without upgrading the turbo?

Stage 2b turbo should get you there. Get some studs and a head gasket. I would be more worried about reliable 400 then just getting there.
