Help. taking the car to the dealership

im taking my car to the dealership tomarrow, just wondering if thiers anything i need to tell the mechanics to check out, So if you guys dont mind can you give me a few tips on what to ask them to check out? I got the car in may 08 it was the only one at the dealership they had just got it in. Are thier any problems you guys have been having that i should get checked out? i know i've heard some popping in my suspension when i launch or go on an uneven street or take a pot hole but i mean im taking them at like 10 mphs an hour so ill have them check that out, I'll also have them check the spark plugs to make sure there properly gapped. Anything else i should have them look into ? i've written down all of the problems you guys have been writing about in the forums, i just wanna double check

The dealer forgot to take out the orange spacersfrom the struts. I was getting the same knocking in my front end even after spacer removed, they had to tighten something. My gear shifter was going to far to the left and sometimes into reverse.

pooping in the front

I too have heard mine pop under light loads, I can even slowly let the clutch out in first and hear a pop, wonder if it is a motor mount?

Wow

I'm feeling lucky, I haven't had a single problem since my purchase. There must be a toyota badge somewhere on my car.

You should look up the TSB post. It will give you a lot of information on what other owners have found and what Dodge knows about.

same problem

I've had the same problem 3 times . The first week after buying the car the front struts had to be replaced . Then about 4 months later same thing . Then recently i got that creaking noise when i turned the wheel and the dealer said that they secured them orange spacers up top because they were falling out and getting caught up in the coil itself .... I didnt know that the dealer was supposed to take them orange spacer s out ? ...

I had the same basic problems. Strut spacers left in by dealership and the computer did not get the update and crashed. All was fixed around and I have not had anymore problems. I now have just over 4k on the car.
