well when you get a crossfire make sure you go to needswings.com.
they are in the process of making an intake for the crossfire srt6.
and in case nobody knows the srt6 supercharged engine is a mercedes benz clk motor the whole car is made in germany by whom by mercedes benz.
it is a defenitly sweet car the only problem is that it is not made for us tall people. im 6'3" and its hard to get in and out. the ride is like a gocart fast and furious.

SRT-4 on ebay, actual vehicle, includes pics

I would post a link but I need to have 15 posts to do so. So, you're going to have to look for yourself: search "2008 caliber srt-4" the item number is 300171517183.

No on bid on the last one on ebay, but the vehicle wasn't physically at the dealership. I am not a fan of new car dealerships that auction their vehicles, but then, that's me and I don't have to buy from them. It would be interesting to see how this plays out.

In all honesty, this car made a believer out of me.

Back in 2003, my husband and I went completely against our preferred platforms (RWD V8) and bought a 2003 SVT Focus.

If you'd like details, I'd be glad to provide them. But to make a long story short and sweet, let's just say that after owning that car, I swore off ANYTHING FWD with less than 8 cylinders.

The SRT-4 has been a breath of fresh air. I *was* planning on purchasing a Charger or JCG SRT-8. However, this little beast might get the job done. I'd like to buy something new, keep a smallish payment, but have a car that I can have fun in. This car fits all the criteria, and would allow me to buy something I really like, saving the more expensive cars for when I graduate from college.

The 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS will now be turbocharged producing 260hp. I can't wait to see what kind of numbers that car can put down stock. Also in a few years (crosses fingers) we'll see the Dodge Demon (SRT-4 ?) using the GEMA 2.4L engine (same engine as the Caliber SRT-4/RT), hopefully turbocharged.

Ford has also announced the new 2008 Focus, hopefully if they make an SVT version they'll get it right this time.

That is quite the price range. csrt4 running around 23k, Hemi Charger upwards of 28-30k. JCG srt8 you won't find for under 40k new. the Jeep srt8 would be the way to go if you have the funds imo. But I don't so I will just stick with waiting for the csrt4

The situation is like this........I could plop several thousand dollars down on the JCG or the Charger, have a large payment, and scrimp/scrape.

~Or~

I could buy the C-SRT, which is a car I *know* I'd be happy with. It's much more economical that the above two choices, and would likely fit our needs better at the moment. I'd have a much lower payment, and be able to live more comfortably financially until I graduate (2010). This is why the Caliber seems like the smarter choice, at least in our current situation.

The night isn't over yet, John!!!!!! LOL! Seriously, I had one evil thought.

Get out of Dodge in a Dodge

While it's tempting, I think it's safe to assume I wouldn't be testing any further vehicles if I followed my instincts.

The car will be picked up in a few hours. I'm depressed..........I really fell for this little beast.
