It's a little tricky at first. Click on the paperclip. That will open a window which allows you to upload your pictures. You can use the browse option to find the pics, then click "Upload" to upload them. Here's where it can get tricky. Close the window, then click the paperclip again. You should now have a couple of options:

1. "Manage Attachments"
2. Actual names of uploaded files are listed

Click on the file you would like to attach to you post and the text to attached the file is automatically added to your post wherever your cursor is.
