Has anyone lowered their Caliber?

Has anyone been able to lowe their Caliber? Is so was there a kit that you bought or a custom job? How many inches did you lower in the front and back? Pictures please!

I don't think any production springs are availible. For now the only thing you could do if you wanted to lower your Caliber is to have a custom shop chop your springs. I wouldn't mind some 30mm springs made by Eibach lowering the car somewhere between 2-4 inches.

Very soon there will be lots of aftermarket springs available. They are one of the first aftermarket parts that are released. I would love to lower my R/T as low as it can go and get some custom flat black 18 or 19 inch rims.

Ok... don't you worry about busting the undercarriage when it's low?
I want height.... too bad it would look stupid to raise it..... perhaps I can just get some new wheels.

While we wouldn't want to lower the Caliber all the way to the ground, maybe just about 1.5 to 2 inches, that with a nice set of wheels.

I can see that. I guess I still just a Texas girl..... we like the hight!
Esp when we get to step up into a nice looking cowboy's truck.

Did she just say that?! (I think she did)

Here in California there are many styles -)
If your truck is big, then go high and strong.
If your truck is small, then its low and slow.
If you have a car, then its low and fast!

And no truck should ever be lifted if its not a 4x4!

LOL.... Neb you are too funny. Our texas motto is.. "Everything's bigger in Texas...." Just look at Texas hair, certain bodyparts, our beer glasses, festivals, trucks, etc....

i haven't yet. the only lowering kits (springs) i've seen are more generic versions. i haven't found one that has Caliber specific spring rates.
