| Differences between Jeep Compass and Patriot? I'm considering buying either the Compass or the Patriot. I really don't go offroad, but do mountain bikings on weekend and sometimes go on dirt roads. I don't need a dedicated off road vehicle, so I think that either the Compass or Patriot could work pretty well for me. What I don't know is if there is other differences other than looks between both suvs. Does the Patrior ride higher than the Compass? |

| Off & Soft I did a little homework here in England.It may differ in the U.S. but over here:Patriot is geuine off roader,although slightly limited in its caperbilities.Compass is a soft roader,take the kids to school,occasional muddy track ,or slippy road kinda vehicle.Patriot looks more Macho,Compass is a bit mumsy.Good luck Pete |
