I have a Jeep 2008 Compass it takes regular unleaded is it bad to change?

from Super to regular or mix them both??

Except for the waste of money using super, there is no mechanical issue with using gasoline that exceeds the octane rating set by the manufacturer. Just never go below that rating.

1) using regular gas in a compass is fine
2) mixing gases of different brands / octane grades is harmless
