I've noticed the wind noise too, driver's side....even over my music as well as every now and then a tapping type noise. One time I thought it might be the gas cap....but nope it wasn't, handy side mirror revealed the gas cap was on...and the seat belts are too new to hang outside of the car... anyhew what actions did the dealership take to remedy your situation?

I have a whistle from the driver's door at highway speeds and a rattle in the same door while playing music or driving over a bumpy road. The rattle was apparantly caused by a loose clip, the dealer fixed it but it was loose again within 24 hours. Back to the dealership again

Noises

There have been posts on the various Caliber forums
regarding these different noises, the wind or whistling
noise has been tracked by some owners to the rubber
seal around the window on the outside check it carefully
to ensure it's uniformally in place and secondly when you
open the door fully and look at the door post assy at the
very top there are expanded cell rubber air dams
between the fender and the post and these have sometimes
been out of their correct position causing air noise.
The rattling noise which appears to come from the drivers
door has been on occassion traced the rear passenger seat
belt clips that when not in use(not buckled) bang against
the plastic by the rear doors and if you have the tonneau
cover it sometimes makes little creaking sounds(I had both these)
I resolved both with small self adhesive rubber wx stripping
pices to isolate both problems.
