This is a perfect example of abuse of power by a police officer. When I watched this video, it angered me a whole lot. If I was this person, I would take a copy first thing in the morning to the chief of police and ask for an investigation and suspension of this officer, if that's not granted I would talk to an attorney and sue the pants off the officer and the department for harassment and gross negligence (or whatever my attorney can come up with). Remember it is possible to be harassed by an on duty police officer. Police officers are not Judge Dred, and cannot violate your constitution rights.
