built-in iPod control & iPod video display (with use of ipod cable, which I'm including)

Right now this sells for $499 on crutchfield, my price listed below
*note: you can also retain steering wheel control function with adapter: "PAC SWI-JACK JVC" (on amazon for less than 50 bucks)

Bezel: the head unit is slightly taller than the stock radio, so I cut with a 7" wheel a larger opening, and filled in the half-circles on the sides, then painted bezel gloss black. Photos below of it in process and final piece.

Harness:
Its the Axxess XSVI-6502 canbus Data Interface, (still tap the 12v power supply wire for key-on)

Also included is the apple Ipod composite+usb cable, works for music and video with this head unit.

Yeah, its also partly because I'm planing on purchasing the new apple ipad, and I'll be using that as a touchscreen, integrated with the factory unit.

the base no mp3 for the 08's.

ive always just used my ipod and aux jack, but the other day i wanted to pop in a new cd and it kept erroring and ejecting the cd.
