I bought an SRT4 on Dec. 24 and this past weekend the dealership told me the build date hasn't been set yet. How long have other people waited for their SRT's? Are any members with SRT's from Canada??? I was told there weren't any SRT's in western Canada. I appreciate any input, thanks.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but a number Caliber SRT4s
are on the road here in south central Ontario and quite a few of
the larger dealerships have at least 1 or 2 on their lots.
I stopped to check out a local dealer and he had 3 one
of which had been preordered and now of course one of Chryslers
main suppliers for plastics has gone into bankruptcy and the plant
in Belvedeere where all Calibers are made has gone to 4 hour shifts
with temporary closures on the horizon.
If your car was not into at "D" status you may be waiting longer.

It Depends On Your Options. If You Picked The Kicker Sound System, It Wasn't Released Til About A Week Ago. It Takes About 2 Weeks To Complete The Order. If You Ordered When You Said You Did, You'll See Some Time In Mid March.

svt2209 ordered his on 1/10, it went into BX on 1/14, D1 on 1/22 and is expected to be produced early next week.

It seemed like a long wait, but I guess not so. My origional order was 12/13 and found out about the seat difference and cancelled and reordered 1/02.
Not sure how it cae through as it did.

A local dealership (not mine) has 7 on his lot all identical except color and 2 more w/o sun roof

mine arrived at the dealer and we tinted it the next day, i bought it the following day, so it was at the lot all of 3 days. that was early feb.
suppose I was lucky to find the one i wanted on the lot.... been waiting but have had bad expeiences with ordering my Jeep..... so I just waited till they had on on the lot.

I'm not planning on getting mine until June and there has only been 1 in the whole state. So yea I feel ya I'm still waiting to test drive 1. Somehow I think it's going to be a summer release.
