2) i have no idea what your criteria are for choosing
3) they're really completely different beasts

if youre looking for something cheaper, go with the chevy seeing that it's 10 years older than the charger you mentioned.

if youre looking for something ugly as hell, get the chevy seeing that those body styles always looked especially turd-like to me.

IMHO, without really knowing what it is youre looking to get out of the car, i'd go with the charger srt if you have the money for it. those SS impalas were a cool concept and i give GM for trying to bring em back, but they were wayyy overpriced for what you got for them, and last time i saw a used one listed, they were still overpriced because people try and get a "limited run" premium on them. not worth it.
